Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. president Soo-Tsong Lim was named the Small Business Administration (SBA) 2015 8(a) Small Business Person of the Year for the state of Tennessee on July 24th, 2016. Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. also received Proclamations from Congressman Steve Cohen, Memphis Mayor AC Wharton, Shelby County Mayor Mark Luttrell, and Millington Mayor Terry Jones.

Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. was awarded the 2011 Federal Partnership Award from Ingram Micro’s GovEd Alliance. Unistar-Sparco was chosen for this award for their continued dedication to their partnership with Ingram Micro, including participating in GovEd Alliance events and teaming with Ingram Micro on several vendor lines and contract roll-outs.
Shelby County Schools – Customer Service Award | 2010
Shelby County Schools presented Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. with special recognition for stellar customer service at the Mid-South Minority Business Council (MMBC) event in April of 2010. SCS gave tribute to Unistar-Sparco for its superior customer service. Gwen Johnson, IT Procurement Specialist, was quoted saying, “[I] always reached a live person for help.” Ms. Johnson also said, “…pricing and delivery were great.”
