Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. has received the Lenovo Premier Service Partner Award for the third time.  This achievement recognizes the excellent performance of the service team during fiscal year 2015.  As a Premier Service Partner, Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. represents the top tier of Lenovo’s Approved Service Providers.

To achieve this honor, the Company has continuously exceeded very strict expectations, including completion of all warranty Approved Service Provider Program requirements, maintenance of an active sales role for Lenovo products and/or services, achievement of an average service performance rating for the full year which resulted in a ranking within the top 10 percentage range for performance, and completion of a minimum of 100 warranty claims during the past twelve months.  Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc.’s dedicated full-time service team includes six employees who utilize the recently expanded state-of-the-art service and integration center in its Millington headquarters and together manage over 5,000 repairs per year with an average first-time fix rate of 100%.
